This detached cottage in Chinley, on the edge of the Peak District National Park can sleep up to eight people in four bedrooms.Lower Lane House is a wonderful, detached cottage in the village of Chinley on the edge of the Peak District National Park. This cottage can sleep up to eight people in a king-size double room, a double bedroom and two twin rooms. The cottage also boasts a family bathroom, a shower room on the ground floor and an additional ground floor WC. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a separate dining room. There are two sitting rooms, one boasting a roaring open fire and outside you will find a garden with a patio and furniture and off road parking for two cars. Lower Lane House is the perfect base for families and friends wishing to discover the delights of Derbyshire. Please note: property allows full week bookings only between May and August inclusive
Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio and rear enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Four steps up to the lawn. Note: There is a nearby free car park on the same road for Guest use, should there be any difficulties with parking 2 larger cars on the driveway. Please note: property allows full week bookings only between May and August inclusive
