Le Gargantua, gîte spacieux de 400m² vous permettra de vous réunir en famille et entre amis. Il est situé dans un ensemble de bâtiments anciens magnifiquement préservés, avec piscine chauffée partagée, 2 autres gîtes et le Château des Coudreaux (2 Chambres d'Hôtes), vous pourrez rendre visite aux Alpagas et ânes qui paissent sereinement dans le parc animalier. R.d.c. accès personne à mobilité réduite: séjour-salon (poêle à bois,TV, billard, baby-foot), cuisine (2 lave-vaisselle)avec four à pain utilisable pour des soirées offertes Fouées et Pizzas, arrière cuisine, 1e ch PMR (lit 160), 1 salle d'eau PMR avec WC, WC. Etage : salon (TV), 2e ch (lit 160, 1 lit 90, 1 salle d'eau avec WC), 3e ch (1 lit 160), 4e ch (3 lits 90),5 e ch(5 lits 90), 2 salles d'eau, 2 WC. FORFAIT Chauffage central bois 80€/week end - 120€/sem. Cour privative 400 m² close avec portique et terrain de pétanque. Terrain de jeux en commun (ping pong, volley, badminton...) Ouverture piscine : 26/04 au 06/10. Enceinte connectée, Lit bébé.

How do damage deposits work?
