Description
The house is situated in an elevated position on the southern outskirts of the village of Chlorakas, with magnificent sea views and approximately 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport. The centre of the village is within walking distance, where you will find a variety of shops for your convenience.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace and patio, furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs and BBQ to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is also a shared pool with showers.
From the front terrace, the house commands stunning views over the coastline and Paphos - a particularly pretty sight in the evenings. A short distance away, approximately 15minutes walk, you will arrive on Tombs of the Kings road where you will find the archaeological site of Tombs of the Kings, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and tavernas.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

32" Flat Screen TV - UK TV channels can be obtained through streaming with a laptop.
Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space including clothes hangars.
The mains voltage supply is the same as the UK at 240v ac with the sockets being 13amp square pin. You therefore do not need to bring adaptors.
