2 days no hot water , then luke warm, Wi-Fi code too difficult, pick up and delivery to airport prompt . No hand soap or shampoo, towels very rough need fabric softner.

Response from the owner Hello William Thank you for your review. Sorry about the hot water situation. After the full pressure was restored, we expected that the hot water would have been adequate. If this situation continues we will be installing an inline electrical heater. In so far as the hand soap and shampoo is concerned, we do not supply these items. I will take a look at the towels and either replace them or use fabric softener as you suggest. We regret any inconvenience caused. We thank you for staying with us again and look forward to your visit next year.

excellent service, small cable problem, he responded, corrected just before his arrival. pickup for and from airport was prompt on time. No soap for sink or shower. Definitely would stay again.
