This first floor maisonette sleeps up to 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms ). Perfect for families and couples.Situated between the River Avon and Stour, a pleasant walk away from Christchurch town centre, an ancient market town located at the point where the rivers Stour and Avon meet. It has something for everyone, Riverside walks, ferry boat rides, boat hire, fishing, crabbing, Children's splash park. Close to Bournemouth beaches and lively night life, the magnificent Dorset World Heritage Coast and the tranquil New Forest National Park, The apartment has a lounge diner and a well equipped modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and 1 twin. The bathroom features a bath, separate shower and wc. There is also an additional separate wc next to the main bathroom. Gas central heating, 24 hour hot water. Power points throughout. Towels and linen are included within the tariff. Off road parking for one car. Public transport, buses. There are a number of local bus stops within a few minutes walk of the property. These provide routes to Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole and the New Forest, Salisbury.Train Christchurch railway station is a level 2-3 minutes walk away. Taxi services operate from the railway station.

“Great location, lovely owners.”

We stayed here with a toddler and a newborn for a long weekend to attend a wedding at Sopley Mill. It's the perfect place to stay with children, spotlessly clean and fully kitted out with stairgate, high chair, potty, cot, and loads of toys and books which kept our toddler entertained. Just a short walk into Christchurch town centre, and a short drive to Sopley Mill and the beach. The owners went above and beyond, leaving a bottle of fizz in the fridge and some delicious chocolatey treats in the kitchen. They even posted us back a few bits we left behind in our newborn bleary eyed exit!

“Lovely, spacious flat.”

We've just returned from a lovely few days at 'Two Rivers Reach.' It is a very nice, spacious flat with three really good sized bedrooms. It had everything we could possibly need and was clean and well presented. Some goodies were left by the host , the tea and apple cake were a welcome surprise for our arrival. It is in a great position, in walking distance of Christchurch and very close to beaches. We loved having use of the beach hut at Southbourne which is a lovely quiet beach. The weather was beautiful so we spent quite a lot of time on the beach also going to Mudeford and Highcliffe. One day we made a longer trip to Durdle Door and Swanage. Sandra was a great host and very easily contactable.

“Two rivers reach christchurch”

Had a lovely stay at Sandra and Adrian's Property within walking distance of Christchurch and a very good public transport system in place. We caught a train to Poole one day which made a change from driving and station literally around the corner. We were made very welcome by Sandra and her brother and left us some basics and a bottle of prosecco , very much appreciated. Weather was fairly kind to us and we were able to use the adorable little beach hut by southbourne beach which was a delight to sit and watch the world go by. Wish we had one . Lovely beach and sea great to swim in , although it was a bit cool when we were there but fab for families. Lovely relaxing break all round , thank you x

“Fabulous house and host”

We had such a brilliant stay.... the house is beautiful and like a home from home. Sandra is very helpful, kind and accommodating. We will definitely look to rebook as the house is nice and large, in a great location and very clean! Thanks again and see you again soon

“Wonderful Break”

The owner Sandra could not have been more helpful as I had a query due to having an electric car and although she couldn't resolve it she did everything she could. The place itself was lovely and spacious and no small detail was forgotten, to the point there were toys and books for children, prosecco for us mums and even Halloween cakes! I would definitely recommend and will visit again. There are lots of places to visit and some only a short walk away!
