This apartment plus the added service value provided by Scott and Peter ticks all the boxes. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. As described in previous reviews it is the perfect location close to everything, the train station is 400 m and the fish markets are a 15 min walk. A very minor gripe is the dishwasher was not working..but was not an issue.Having the supermarket in the building is another advantage. Scott and Peter also organised our pickup and departure to and from the airport to the apartment which I can highly recommend when you are tired after a long flight with small children. As it was a special family occasion the apartment, facilities and location exceeded our expectations.Oh and the view is spectacular....even caught a view of Mt Fuji from the balcony. 5 Star Mark Russell
"Spacious apartment, terrific views in the heart of Tokyo"

Our family of five (two adults, three teens) stayed here for three nights in August. The apartment is exactly as pictured - new, very clean, and easily spacious enough for 5-6 people. As noted in other reviews, the views overlooking the Bay from the apartment are spectacular, especially at night.
We found the location to be very convenient. It is an easy walk to Kachidoki station and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The 24 hour supermarket on the first floor of the building is also a plus.
The booking and check-in process was flawless. Scott and Peter responded very quickly to our questions prior to arrival, and our cleaning deposit was refunded within 24 hours of our stay. I want to offer special thanks to Peter, who went out of his way on a Sunday morning to return an iPod that one of my daughters left in the apartment.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the apartment and the process. This turned out to be a much better alternative for us than booking two hotel rooms. We would highly recommend Scott and Peter to anyone looking for family accommodations in Tokyo.

We stayed as a group of 6 adults and found this apartment more than fitting for our needs. It's clean, big, and has all the amenities you need - everything is ready to go. And as said many times before, the view is gorgeous. What better than to get back from a day of busy sightseeing and to look out over Tokyo Bay!
The location is very good too: you're just a short stroll to Tsukiji Fish Market (the biggest fish market in the world), and there are some very interesting dining choices just up the road (just ask Scott or Peter).
The service was also very good. Scott and Peter both checked up on us frequently enough to make sure we were getting settled or if we had other issues with place (which of course we didn't because everything was well set-up). I guess maybe the only thing I could bring up is just to make sure there are enough spare keys to go around because sometimes schedules overlap and it makes things easier, but this is just a minor detail in what was an otherwise very enjoyable stay.
I recommend this place for groups who want to stay together as a group as opposed to being divided up into separate hotel rooms. It meant a lot to us to stay together in the same physical space where we could eat and laugh together. If you're a group, and you want a great place to have a great time, please check it out!

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids aged 10, 8, 6) had a great week at this apartment. It was perfect for our needs
- plenty of space (3 bedrooms)
- self contained (so you can cook yourself)
- close to city (5 min taxi to Ginza, train station is about 5 min walk away)
- excellent super market below building
- close to all the action, but nice and relaxed outlook (great view overlooking Tokyo bay)
It also worked out much cheaper than a hotel (NB - for a family of 5 you need 2 bedrooms).
The owners were very informative, responsive and in general were a pleasure to deal with. Would happily recommend.

We were a group of 5 adults holidaying in Japan. Loved this apartment , which had a great view of Tokyo Bay. It was a very modern clean apartment in a good location at Kachidoki. The supermarket was great in the basement so we were able to cook our own meals.
A most enjoyable time!

Our family of 5 including 3 teenaged daughters stayed at Scott's apartment for 4 nights in late January. The arrangements works perfectly with his business partner, Peter, available by phone with directions when Ee arrived at Narita and there to meet us at the apartment. The introductions assisted with some all Japanese instructions on the essential appliances and gave us places eat and see within the local area.
The apartment was ideal for us and gave us a perfect home base for our daily forays around this wonderful city. It is very well located and well set up for a family stay - I would recommend Scott and Peter's accommodation to anyone who is looking for a Tokyo apartment - and the views were as good as described.
"A great all round experience, fabulous views in a fabulous area."

From the beginning to the end, everything was great. A fantastic apartment with great views of Tokyo Bay. Its located within walking distance of the station with a 24 hour supermarket downstairs which has everything you need if you dont feel like eating out. The service was friendly with us gaining advice on local restaurants and tourist spots. I would recommend to families or large groups so that everyone can stay together. Tsukiji market and Ginza are close by and the train is very convenient for getting around. We would definitely come back again.

Our stay at this property couldn't have been any better. The apartment had plenty of room, was spotless, and afforded a beautiful view of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. The location in Kachidoki is lively, with plenty of restaurants in the area, some high end, some modestly priced. In addition, there is a large 24 hour supermarket on the ground floor.
Kachidoki is within walking distance of many attractions, including Ginza (high end shopping) and Tsukiji (world's largest fish market). For a quieter afternoon, we walked north up the street past Tsukishima to Tsukuda for a look at an older, more traditional japanese neighborhood. Afterwards, walking back through Tsukishima, we had monjayaki for dinner (a sort of "do it yourself" omelet with meat and vegetables cooked on a griddle built into your table... fun). There is an entire street called "monja dori" of such restaurants in Tsukishima. Even better is "yakiniku", where you grill your own bite-sized chunks of meat right at the table.
Scott and his assistant Peter were very friendly and knowledgable of the area, and helped with sightseeing suggestions. All in all, a great experience, much better than a hotel.

I stayed here for a week and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The beds were the best I slept in for my month in asia. I enjoyed the area and the apartment was very large and modern. The views were spectacular and the 24 hour super market underneath the apartment made it easy to have a couple meals at home instead of dining out. If you are staying here be sure to check out monjayaki street which is close by to have a very unique and tasty dining experience. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Tokyo.
