This fantastic villa can be rented out as a whole villa with private pool or separate apartments sharing pool. Wifi, BBQ,. Air Condition

The 1st floor consists of 1 x 2 bedroom apartment combined with 1 x 3 bedroom apartment

on the lower ground floor parallel with the driveway there is 1 x 3 bedroom apartment. This is also ideal for elderly or with limited mobility.

There are 3 family bathrooms on 1st floor and 2 family bathrooms on the lower floor

It is only 5 mins away on foot from all shops,bars,restaurants etc.

Mellieha has one of the biggest sandy beaches on the Island which is 5 mins away with the bus.

All bedrooms and Kitchens/Sitting rooms has air condition units operated by pre paid cards available from the owner upon request.

Kitchens come fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator etc.

A Games Room in the Heated Indoor Pool (heated only in winter) is also available all year round.

Heated Indoor pool is available in the winter at an extra charge. please enquire

The Villa can take up to 16 persons

Children under 2 years have a baby cot and highchair free of charge

Bus stop is only 5 mins walk away that connects you to all the villages in Malta
