Ground Floor Apartment with garden , Set in a Stunning Select Residential Location , lovely spacious Communal Pool and Gardens in Pueblo Bravo .

The apartment is registered and has a Tourist Licence .

Quiet location , even in the height of Summer. Community rules in the apartment are to be strictly adhered to .

Temperatures in Winter is usually around 19.5C and rarely fall below 16C, it has around 2800 hours per year of sunshine making it a perfect place to stay all year round

Ciudad Quesada is a vibrant town all the year around, with plenty to see and do and close to Torrevieja ..

Nearby Nature Reserve, and interesting places to visit.

Nearest Airport Murcia 30 mins is the closest, Alicante 40 mins.

The apartment has modern open plan living , tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard for your comfort to make your holiday relaxing so that you can chill out and relax.

The garden has been recently planted with scented plants , soft lighting to make dining on the terrace or garden a memorable experience with glorious sunsets .

“Excellent accommodation, lovely quiet area.”

My sister and I stayed in this lovely apartment during September 2017, and had a wonderful holiday. The area was excellent, nice and quiet but not too far from many amenities shops, water park, and lovely Guardimar beach etc. The apartment was very well kept and had everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. One thing I would comment on is that the fire alarm was not complete so not working, I would recommend that this be attended to. Clare the owner was most helpful and very organised and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment to my family and friends.
