This perfectly positioned property is right in front of the communal pool and garden area which gives you a nice open view and the opportunity to keep an eye on the kids from the 30m2 terrace/garden in front of the property. There is also a 40m2 terrace on the back of the property . Inside you will find a spacious lounge-dining area and semi open planfully equipped kitchen. furthermore you will find 1 double bedroom downstairs and a small bathroom. On the first floor the property has 2 double bedrooms , spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower. there are 2 terraces of each bedroom ( one overlooks the pool area , the other is on the back of the house ). Inside you will have AC throughout the villa , Sat TV ( English channels ) , WIFI and much more to make this a perfect holiday. You will find 2 large supermarkets ( Consum ) and plenty of other shops , bars , restaurants etc... at only 400m in the comercial center of Lo Marabu. Mainstreet Quesada is a 15min walk from the property. Guardamar beach is 5min drive by car and the same goes for Torrevieja. Alicante airport is 30minutes away and the same goes for Murcia airport.

“Great stay.”
A well appointed villa, all mod cons; clean and well presented. A quiet area , pool side and near shops and great bars. Book with an easy mind you will not be disappointed.

“Lovely family Villa on a small quiet complex”
The Villa is spacious inside and out and equipped with everything you could want. The communal swimming pool is a good size with a shallow section and is kept very clean. There are good restaurants and bars all within a 5 min walk, and the town center is only a 20 min walk away.We had a fabulous relaxing stay and the owner is very nice.
