Prices shown are for The Granary only, awarded 4* gold for the 10th year in succession, offering luxury accommodation for up to 10 adults.
For larger groups why not combine with our 3 yurts and cottage room. Our site can accommodate exclusive use for up to 24 guests.
Set within 9 acres of grounds and unspoiled views across open countryside a great base to explore the attractions Suffolk has to offer. The main accommodation is all on one level and has an open plan contemporary feel to it. Large leather sofas and wooden floors throughout. All bedrooms have en-suite showers and toilets and TV's. Master bedroom has king sized bed, TV and en suite with large whirlpool bath plus shower and toilet. Family bedroom is spacious and sleeps up to 4 adults in a double bed and 2 full sized bunk beds.
Outside there are plenty of parking spaces, and a private patio area with BBQ equipment.
All guests enjoy complimentary use of extensive games room.
Secure parking and Wi Fi also included.
For Granary guests we also offer the option to hire our fabulous 9 seater Canadian hot tub also available use of Swedish sauna.
We also offer a delightful cottage room with waterside views giving the perfect accommodation for all tastes and age groups.
Great for family get togethers and Hen groups. Sorry No pets allowed.

“A dream came true.”
A family Christmas, meeting with son, daughters, their partners and grandchildren , our wonderful "patchwork" family able to spend this special time together. The accommodation had everything you could want and more, the children absolutely loved the hot tub, they enjoyed table tennis and the freedom that this property provides. As for the grounds well, if the weather had been different we would have spent a lot more time outside; a lake & stream, woodland walk, swans, peacocks and deer, superb. This property needs to be seen to appreciate it, we would not hesitate to recommend it.
