JUST REMODELED !!!
This fourth-floor corner studio is just right for the casual traveler looking for some time away. Only a 12-minute walk from the soft sands of Clearwater Beach. The property is located on the Bay and you can see the water from your balcony. The property has a pool and a barbeque grill for guests poolside. Bayside 29 is a 500sf studio condo and is, of course, air-conditioned. There is a king size bed for a good night\'s sleep and a full-size sofa sleeper which can sleep 2 kids or 1 adult comfortably.
Step outside onto your own balcony to enjoy the views of the bay and pool below. Great for morning coffee and evening cocktails as is faces the east \'morning sun and afternoon shade\'
Expansive city and bay views are visible from your balcony to the left, center and right-hand side.
The kitchen has just been completely redone. This condo comes with a new range, butcher block counters, microwave, stainless steel sink, tile back splash and dishwasher, one of few in the building. All the conveniences of home. In addition, there are new vinyl floors throughout.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

“Awesome Stay”
My hubby and I had a awesome time and Van the property manager was awesome and very informative. We will definitely stay again. Looking forward to coming back in April 2020

“Some good some bad”
First the positive: excellent location with good views; a very comfortable bed ; very clean Florida Holiday Rentals have been very helpful but there are a few problems with this condo. We were promised a key to the laundry room but there was not one in the flat and so far no key has been located. The fixtures and equipment are not so much tired rather some are exhausted. The cooking utensils are in very poor shape and in some cases broken. The crockery is a mixture of old pieces some of which are chipped.My wife is a good cook and the knives are so blunt they are unsalable. More seriously the electrical fitting on the bedside light is loose and potentially dangerous and none of the electrical items have a safety sticker as is a requirement in rental properties in UK. Overall the condition of the property will not spoil our holiday but this condo is NOT what was advertised. On my return to the UK I shall be asking for a substantial return on the rental as compensation for a property which is far below the premium rental charged.

“Conveniently located, beautiful sunrises from this harbor condo”
Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Perfect amenities for our party of two although can sleep 4. Quiet neighborhood and away from the Spring break crowds. A keeper!
