1925 Real Beach Cottage just 200 steps to the sand, Clear water Beach, 5 blocks walk to Pier 60, in quiet historic part of Clear water Beach called Clear water Cottages, where there are several beach houses. 2016 remodel White Coastal furniture, wood deck with tin roof gazebo in common backyard. Master Bedroom with King Bed has 50 inch Flat TV, all other rooms have LCD TV ( total 3 )and up to date, yet cottage has classic Old Florida charm. Features large front your overlooking Mandalay Ave with Massive Palm Trees and Tiki Hut light at night. 3 foot high wall around house , Great for kids or pets to run around, while guests relax at the Tiki Hut. The Tiki Cottage features King Size bed with Beauty rest Quality Mattress, Wall bed in kitchen bedroom combo, and queen sofabed in living room. Flat LCD TV.s, and full kitchen. Central air and Central Heat. Feels just like your own Beach house just steps from the sand.

This is a one bedroom house, King size bed in large master bedroom, with a sofa bed in living room, and Murphy wall bed ( pull down ) in kitchen. Ideal for a couple with 2 to 4 children looking for a house with kitchen and good value. It is not a 2 bedroom, and not an upscale rental, but clean, remodeled, homey and fun.

Housekeeper onsite to insure all your vacation needs are met. Have a cup of coffee on the beach, walk back to the house in seconds. Enjoy the afternoon in shaded backyard with wood deck and massive tropical trees providing shade. Families have enjoyed this real beach cottage since the 1920 s

Getting around

You can walk to everything as the island is just 3 blocks wide and 3 miles long and you are in a great location. We offer free transportation around the island on our street legal golf carts.

Interaction with guest

Capt. Al and Karen, with housekeeping live on the beach block you will be enjoying. Guests love the personal interaction with the local Cottage Counselors who offer the following special services at no charge. Free boat excursions in summer when weather and time permit. Additional housekeeping or towel exchange. Advice on how to have a great beach vacation Free rides on our street legal golf cart around the island Free use of hot tub, when reserved, use of Capt.Al s bicycles. coolers, fishing poles and what ever you need. Of course, you are welcome to just check in and not interact if you choose. As an experience world traveler, Capt Al comments, my favorite memories are the good times I had with the locals.
