Brand new townhome built and furnished in February 2017

Bring the family and enjoy 3 floors of luxury accommodations. As you walk in the lower level after parking your car in the attached 2 car garage, you will be submersed by the gorgeous views of the waterway and boat docks. The lower level family room is perfect for hanging out to watch the game or relax to watch a movie.

At the top of the stairs going to the next level you will see the spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room with 9 foot ceilings. Off the kitchen is a full washer and dryer, and half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential items to cook family dinners. After cooking, sit and enjoy it on the dining table that seats 6. Once you are done eating and want to take a nap, relax on the large sectional in the living area and watch some T.V. on the large flat screen. If a nap is not what you are thinking step out on the balcony and enjoy the views with a glass of wine or a cup of hot coffee from the Keurig.

On the top floor is where you will find the master bedroom along with 2 other bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony along with a massive master bathroom. Sink into the king bed with luxury linens and wake up refreshed to hit the beach the next day. Off the master bedroom, there is another full bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. One of the other bedrooms has one queen bed, while the other bedroom has 2 queen beds.

The owner has provided 8 beach chairs, towels, rolling cooler and beach caddy for use.

Want to enjoy the Florida sunshine, go relax in the heated pool that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. If you want to enjoy the white sands of Clearwater Beach, it is a short 8-10-minute walk.

This luxurious townhome accommodates up to 8 guests and can be rented for a minimum of 3 days.
