Just a stone's throw from Public Square, this is a 700 square foot contemporary condominium apartment with a 12-foot high ceiling in a historic 1880's condominium building that has two elevators. It offers a beautiful view of the iconic Terminal Tower. Its proximity to conveniences makes our condominium a dream for anyone looking for corporate or vacation lodging.

This is a fully furnished flat complete with a full kitchen and all items needed to prepare and serve meals. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining groups. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. dresser, and closet.

A secure wireless internet Wi-Fi connection is free.

Within a few blocks, right in the Warehouse District, are some of Cleveland's best restaurants, coffeehouse (Starbucks...within sight of the flat), a salon, barber shop, dry cleaner, and grocery store. The district itself was first listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

You can't be anywhere closer to Public Square while being in the great Warehouse District neighborhood. The flat is only a couple blocks from Public Square (south) and within the area of the Warehouse District restaurants (great restaurants in all directions from the flat with most of them on or near W. 6th. St.), shops, cocktail lounges, a salon, barber shop, dry cleaner, grocery store, etc. There's even a dog park nearby! The condominium building is dog-friendly. In turn the dog-owners and dogs are friendly too. Please let me know if you'll be bringing your pet.

Parking is not included as the rate fluctuates. Surface parking available across the street within view of the flat. Lately it's usually $10 per day (a bargain compared to hotel parking downtown, which runs $16 and up), but be aware that they will bump up the rate for special events. The lot is managed by ABM Parking. If you'd like to arrange for a monthly parking rate, please contact ABM Parking.

Guests should not hesitate to ask us anything about Cleveland that you might ask a concierge, including information about restaurants, entertainment venues, fitness facilities, bars, and meeting places.

We host guests from all over the world. We are discreet - we do not share our guest's information. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, nationality, religious beliefs, political views, culture, lifestyle, or any other basis.

Please be aware that all units in the condo building have apartment size water heaters due to space constraints. Because the 30-gallon unit is smaller than a standard family-sized water heater, if you want to take a long shower, please do not run the dishwasher at the same time and allow some time for the hot water to regenerate after your shower.

Our apartment is non-smoking. The common areas, halls, elevators, etc., are also non-smoking. Thank you in advance for not smoking in the apartment and adhering to the condominium association's non-smoking policy for the common areas of the building.

We believe the rate we set is a good value for our guests, as shown by our reviews. The weekly and monthly rates shown are discounted rates. We never negotiated on the daily, weekly, and monthly rate. Please don't ask.
