This Modern bungalow overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is located 100m from a family owned beach. It is situated 1 mile from Claddaghduff Village and only 6 miles from the lively town of Clifden. The property is a bright and spacious home and all fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. This property offers great peace and tranquillity, beautiful scenery and walks with sandy beaches on the doorstep. The private safe sandy beach is a short walk from your door through a green field full of wild flowers. Enjoy sitting beside the stove in the large sitting room with ocean views wherever you sit. Connemara National Park and Kylemore Abbey are within 10 miles of this fantastic property. The house is surrounded by sand dunes with hosts of flora and fauna including wild roses. Nearby Clifden has loads of shops and restaurants. There is loads to do and see in the area from hill walking, horse riding, golfing, fishing boasting and swimming - all within a short drive. Galway is approximately one hour and 20 minutes' drive.
