Quaint characterful detached former shepherds loft on edge of village near streams with extensive open views to Pendle Hill. Easily accessible from A59 but having plenty of field walks to nearby villages. Very desirable property to rent.

The Keep is on the edge of Pendleton village in the Ribble Valley, just a quarter of a mile from the A59 Clitheroe bypass. Clitheroe Castle is a 7 minute drive, or 20 minutes walk through the fields with outdoor market, specialist sausage and wine shops and The grand arts centre with events for all the family. Walk from the door up Pendle Hill, stroll along the River Ribble or play golf at Clitheroe Golf Club, an open qualifying course just a 5 minute drive away. visit the camra award winning pub, the Swan with Two Necks, in the village. Parking is right by the Keep. Public transport takes you to Clitheroe on the train or bus and then taxi up to the keep. Bring your dog they love the underfloor heating and stream and country walks.
