Luxurious 8th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front vacation rental with incredible views of the Atlantic ocean, beach, and Port Canaveral. Beautiful kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, quiet Bosch dishwasher and filtered ice and water. Newly remodeled bathrooms.
Great views of rocket launches and cruise ships. Includes large heated pool along with shuffle board courts, putting green, and a sauna. Located less that 10 minutes from the Port Canaveral cruise, gambling, and deep sea fishing ships, 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and one hour from the Orlando theme parks (Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World...).
Wonderfully furnished, extra clean and comfortable with a recliner chair, sleeper sofa, love seat, 42 inch LCD TV and blu-ray player with internet apps in the living room, pillow top king size bed, 40 inch LED TV and blu-ray player with internet apps in the master bedroom, two twin beds plus a twin size roll-a-way and a 22" LED TV with a blu-ray player in the second bedroom, ceiling fans in every room, VCR, stereo with CD player, pool and ocean toys, high speed internet service, washer and dryer, and an assigned covered parking space. Also includes a computer work station with an all-in-one printer so you can print your boarding passes or check your email without bringing a computer with you on vacation.
We purchased this unit because of the excellent views. It is on the 8th floor and all of the surrounding buildings are only 5 stories high - this allows you to see up and down the beach and to watch the cruise ships go in and out of Port Canaveral.
We also really like that this unit faces southeast instead of directly east because while it still has direct ocean views, it has the following advantages over a directly east facing unit:
-All of the rooms have ocean and beach views.
-In the summer when it is too hot to go out on a direct east facing balcony in the morning because of the heat from the sun, this balcony is in the shade and very comfortable. Because the sun is high in the sky during the summer months, this balcony is nicely shaded in the summer afternoons and is very comfortable.
-In the winter when people with east facing balconies have to go inside in the afternoon because it is too cold to sit on their balcony in the shade, you can enjoy the warmth of the sun when sitting on this balcony because the winter sun is low in the sky.
We also like that the condo has large rooms with a pleasant family friendly layout (the kitchen, dining area, and living room are open but the bedrooms are on separate ends of the condo).
We are located close to this condo and we check after the housekeeper is finished and before a new guest arrives to make sure that everything is clean and in good shape. You will not have any negative surprises when you arrive in your condo and if there is anything that does need attention while you are here, we will take care of any problems promptly. (There is a reason why we have many repeat guests, I promise that you will not be disappointed.)...Read more

We (four of us: two sons in early 20's, my wife and myself) had never been to the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area before, and didn't really know what to expect when picked this property more or less out of a hat. In short, we loved it!
Kevin was very helpful and accommodating for us. Patiently answered a bunch of questions via e-mail, and, because it was low season, he was willing to let the place to us for less than the "standard" one week-long rental. (Many other condos in the area wouldn't budge from this minimum length stay.)
The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped in all respects, including some "beach stuff" (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc), great a/c, and an excellent kitchen. And what great ocean views from the all the rooms and the deck! The development has a nice pool and a shuffleboard court, and the beach is "right there".
The location of the condo may not suit all tastes, but for us it was great. There's not a lot of things (restaurants, bars, stores, etc) that are very close by to walk to. We ate dinner out every night, and drove to all the restaurants. (There are many within easy driving distance.) It's about a mile north of the Cocoa Beach pier. So, if you want to "be where all the action is", you might want to stay somewhere that's closer to the pier, or south of that. But we loved walking the beaches down to the pier, and north to the Port Canaveral inlet, where you can see the comings and goings of cruise ships. And there were no crowds to deal with in our location (especially because it was mid-May, before the schools are out).
There's so much else to do nearby: Kennedy Space Center, Merrit Island wildlife refuge, the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne (A must see! A fantastic zipline facility runs throug it) and a conservation area near the zoo with a bunch of gators right out in the open (my son touched one by the tail!). Lots of great stuff in Orlando, too, but you'll be too busy having fun in Cocoa and the Cape!

Had a great time and the view was fabulous! Having access to all the beach toys and chairs was a bonus and the pool was very clean and safe. All the people we met in the elevator were sweet and kind. So glad we had a chance to stay there. Many memories were made and many sunrises were experienced. Loved it!

This condo was very well stocked and clean. The views were wonderful from this 2 bedroom condo. We were close to the pool and the beach, which made our vacation great! I would definitely recommended this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation at Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral.

We loved the condo and the location. We loved the slightly south facing balcony, which had all day shade, lovely for napping. Kevin, the owner, was available and prompt. Property was just as described. Great experience.

Our family has stayed in this condo for several years. We love it. We have stayed in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area every spring for over 15 years and this is our favorite spot. The views are gorgeous. What keeps us coming back is the comfort of the condo and attention to detail. Everything we could possibly need is always right there. The condo is always very clean. The building is vry well kept, the pool is very large and clean. The owners are just great.
