This impressive, recently renovated open concept studio loft condo is located within Mountain Springs Resort right at Blue Mountain Resort. This condo is ideal for a getaway no matter what time of year. This unit features everything from granite counter-tops to heated tile floors.
Up to 6 people can be comfortably accommodated. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed upstairs in the loft, a full sized 'murphy bed' and a full sized sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms with a Jacuzzi jet tub found in the upstairs. The use of all linens and towels are included. Even though towels are provided, I recommend bringing your own beach/pool towels.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing and cooking your favorite meals away from home. If dining out is more your style or you are looking for a night out, the Blue Mountain Village is a short walk or a free shuttle bus ride away. It has restaurants of every taste and varying atmospheres from family dining options to high class wine and cocktail bars and everything in between.
There is a flat-screen LCD TV with cable TV and a DVD player for evening entertainment. Enjoy the ambiance from the electric fireplace. Free wireless internet is also available. Enjoy morning coffee sitting out at the bistro set on the deck backing onto the mountain while listening to the babbling brook. Mountain Springs Resort features a year round hot tub (found at main reception building) , an outdoor pool (open in summer months) and on site tennis courts.
There are lots of attractions in the area. This property is only 1km away from mountain activities and attractions at Blue Mountain Village, 1 km from a public beach, 4km to world class Scandinave Spa, 4 km to the Scenic Caves Nature Adventures Park, 30 km from Wasaga Beach and so much more!

We are a couple that usually frequent this area and stay in the Village. We decided on this spot after much consideration. We were not disappointed. The unit itself was spotless, well-equipped and very nicely appointed. The unit was bright and spotlessly clean. Nothing was broken, not working or in need of repair. We felt very comfortable and 'at home' even though it was our very first visit. Tom (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with and sincerely cared about providing a positive visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending this rental.

The Owner: Tom was a pleasure to coordinate with when making arrangements for this unit. He is professional and makes sure all the needs of his guests are met in this classy residence.
Location: It is less than a 3-min drive to The Village (at Blue Mountain) and totally walkable via country road. Friendly neighbours and guests of the resort. You can also walk directly onto the mountain from the back. Less than 30 seconds walk from the Toronto Ski Club.
What the wife says: She is paranoid about cleanliness, especially bathrooms because of our baby, but this unit far exceeded her expectations. It's also spacious, has an amazing view and fully felt it was like a 5-star hotel suite. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. This is the one you want hands down.
Pros: super clean, super modern and decor, 5-star hotel quality, every kitchen need is met (plates, mugs, glasses, pots, pans, strainer, baking trays, bottle opener, scissors, measuring cup), paper towels, dishwasher, coffee maker (didn't use it), sugar, salt, ice cube tray, fireplace, potlights, heated floors (if you can figure it out), jetted-tub, cable TV, DVD player, stereo with iPod docking station, extra pillows and blankets, hairdryer, iron, iron table, mountain-side view, balcony -the list is endless.
Cons: with a young child (1.5 years) it was a little bit tricky (stairs, chairs, coffee table) but we managed by blocking the stairs with the coffee table and hanging our jackets on the posts so he could see them when turning a corner, the heated floors are a bit complicated so I didn't bother

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would definately recommend this unit vs a hotel room.
We travelled with our adult son and 3 young grandchildren. This unit had 3 large beds sufficient for each adult to pair with a young child. Two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean! We enjoyed the option to make our own coffee and breakfast in the morning, and the option to cook our meals as well. The outdoor pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids and after a full day at the Village, the kids loved spending time in the pool.
We would definately recommend this unit vs spending the same amt of money for a cramped hotel room. The owner was excellent to deal with, and provided a very detailed PDF for us which included a map to the resort and all the details for the unit itself. Highly recommend this for families!

What a wonderful time we had, my sisters and I. The house was nice and clean, felt like being home away from home. The village is nearby and offers some good night entertainment. Wasaga Beach is within driving distance and we had lots of fun. My sisters and I have already started planning our next getaway for a skiing trip. I would recommend the property to friends. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well appointed and extremely clean and tidy. There is lots to do in Blue Mountain and although none of us were skiers, we had a great time touring around the town. Only thing I would note is that the prices quoted are charged in american dollars even though the condo is in Canada. With the current exchange rate that added a few extra dollars to the accommodatoin costs.

Wow!! We were amazed at how lovely the condo was and how close it was to all amenities! Our first full day was beautiful weather and we enjoyed the Scenic Caves and the bridge. Now the next 2 days poured with rain so therefore we could not go zip lining as planned. A little bummed out but relaxed by the fire and Bbq'd up delicious meals. Thanks to Tom we were able to bring our portable propane bbq and use it on the deck. Thanks Tom!!
For anyone thinking of a little getaway I would recommend this property. The only thing I could suggest is to clean the ceiling fan from the upstairs loft as it was pretty dirty or take it right out.
