Outside deck has seating and BBQ area with panoramic views. The Cottage, elevated and set in bush, has outstanding sea, mountain and estuary views. Steps from the deck lead to a secluded outdoor wood-heated bath area.

We're situated between Abel Tasman and Heaphy Tracks and surrounded by superb sandy beaches, being a short bush-walk - or drive - away from Farewell Spit Eco Tours (for which we are agents) and interesting local eateries and services. Welcoming hosts do all they can to make your stay memorable. Breakfasts consists of home-made and locally-produced foods - and come as an optional extra of $10 per adult. Internet Wi-Fi is available as well as laundry services if required. A potter's studio is open most days in the summer. The walking and birdlife are great, and the stunning north-west beaches easily accessible, including Wharariki and Cape Farewell; access to Pillar Point Lighthouse cliff-walks are a short drive away as are Farewell Spit walks, accessed from the nearby Cafe. Local goldfield walks, caves, horseriding, golf, cycling and fishing activities can be organised.
