Hedges Court Residencies is a well-reputed, well maintained apartment complex situated near Town Hall, City Centre of Colombo. Many restaurants, Super Markets Shopping complexes are in walking distance. Nevertheless the apartment complex is situated in a discreet place for the convenience of the residents. Since the National Hospital is in the border, many medical professionals are residing in this complex.

For your convenience the apartment features a complete latest equipments, smart 36 inch LED TV, high speed WIFI internet and cable TV connection. The modern fully fitted kitchen includes all your needs to prepare your own meals. Gas electric four burner cooker, electric water kettle, microwave oven, rice cooker, two door refrigerator, pop up toaster, and all required cutlery and cooking pans.

Apartment consists of two bed rooms, large living room, kitchen, another small room and a balcony overlooking the city. Both bed rooms and the living room are separately air-conditioned. Bath room attached to master bed room is having a bath tub and the bath room attached to second room is having a shower cubicle. There is a full bath room attached to the third room as well. Hot water is available in all bath rooms and in the kitchen.

Kind sized bed in master bed room, queen bed in second room all with 9 inch mattresses. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is plenty of space in cupboards in both rooms. For your convenience there is a front door washing matching and a hair dryer.

For your leisure and fitness there is a swimming pool with kiddies section, fully equipped gym, changing rooms and an open roof top garden in the 13th floor. You can enjoy 360 degree panoramic view of the city from the 13th floor roof garden and pool area.

Apartment complex is fully protected with a CCTV system, Access control barriers for vehicle entry, Access control lifts, fire alarm system and 24 hour security.

“perfect as we needed”

Cetrally located if you want toexperiennce Colombo the ideal palce. All you Need for a short stay pool is the attraction from roof top you see half of Colombo in short it is perfect
