Description

This is one of the exclusive apartment complexes in the Colombo city for travellers. Recently constructed complex is located centrally having a panoramic 360 degree Colombo city view from the 13th floor roof garden and the pool area. This property can be seen in Sri Lankan sites namely Lankaholidays and Lankapropertyweb under the same property name with the same picture.

Apartment consists of 2 bed rooms with attached toilets, Living area, Balcony, Pantry and extra toilet for visitors. AC and Ceiling fans are in each area and hot water available in both bath rooms and in pantry. This is fully furnished and equipped with cooking facilities for 4 adults.

Facilities includes swimming pool with kiddies pool, fully equipped Gym facing the roof top garden and Changing rooms,24 Hour Security with CCTV cameras, , SCHINDLER Elevators, Covered Car Park and club house.

Walking distance to ODEL super store, Excel World –leisure centre, Bread talk pastry shop and many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls.

How do damage deposits work?
