Description
´Casa Rocío del Mar' is a 2 bedroom attractive apartment of 77 sq m, situated over 2 floors in the southern end of Conil near the River Salado, about 5 minutes walk from the town beach and 5 minutes into the old town. The location is in a quiet side street on the first and second floor of a small traditional Spanish house, it is within easy reach of a supermarket, a number of bars and restaurants. The sunroof with sun all day has lovely views across the lower part of town, the beach, the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Trafalgar and on a really clear day, even Morocco with the Rif Mountains in the background.
The apartment is furnished and decorated in a comfortable and welcoming style; it has lots of character due to the layout and tongue and groove wall panelling. Bedroom number 1, the bathroom and the large kitchen/living/dining room with a small balcony are all on the first floor. On the second floor are bedroom number 2, a utility area with washing machine and the private north facing 25 sq m terrace which is furnished with a wooden table and matching chairs, ideal to relax or eat and have a barbecue. Stairs take you to the upper sunroof, the apartment it is kept very clean and sleeps 4-5 people.

This well equipped apartment consists of:
- Entrance with steep stairs to the first floor:
- Bedrooms: on the first floor bedroom 1 with twin beds, bedside tables and clothes rack; on the second floor bedroom 2 with double bed, bedside tables and clothes rack, this room is very large and airy; travel cot is available
- Bathroom: with tub and shower over, hand wash basin and WC; a hair dryer is available;
- Kitchen: with 4 flame gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, micro wave, coffee filter machine and toaster and plenty of work tops and cupboard space;
- Living/dining room: living room with 2 sofas, shelving unit, TV (Spanish), German satellite TV (some English channels available) Stereo, double doors to a small balcony facing the small road, dining area with wooden dining table and matching chairs; high chair available
- There are fans for summer comfort and oil filled radiators for chillier autumn/winter evenings
- In addition to the beds (2 singles and a double) there is an extra double mattress and plenty of space for children in the upper bedroom
- The upper stairs do not have a hand rail on one side so very young children will need supervision on the stairs.
