"Waterford" is set in the heart of the Constantia valley winelands, a beautiful area of the southern suburbs of Cape Town, centrally located for exploring all the Fairest Cape has to offer.

Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain , The Waterfront and Robben Island, Cape Point, blue flag beaches, Hout Bay and Constantia's famous wine farms are all just a short drive away. Golfers have a choice of 5 local golf courses with Steenberg and Westlake golf courses are just minutes away. Constantia Village is a favourite shopping experience for all our guests.

"Waterford" offers three separate garden apartments, each totally separate and private They connect well together by just a few steps across a lawn/patio making them ideal for extended families and friends.

SUNBIRD SUITE, 1 BEDROOM, GARDEN VIEW BED & BREAKFAST sleeps 2

"Sunbird" is our Bed & Breakfast Suite with a garden outlook to spectacular mountain views. It is very spacious (32sq mts). Sunbird consists of a large bedroom with the choice of either a Kingsize or Twin Beds, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

o Private patio with secure parking directly outside.

o Full premium Satellite DSTV.

o DVD player.

o Wireless ADSL internet access.

o Large solar heated swimming pool with covered braai (BBQ) and patio.

o South African SIM card for your cell phone and GPS navigational aid available on request.

o The apartment is serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.

o Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided but we do ask our guests to please provide their own beach towels.

o A safe, hairdryer, fans and wall heaters in each flat.

o Stay warm and snug during winter with electric blankets and heaters.

o Laundry and ironing service available.

o Initial grocery stock up service offered, guests pay as per till slip.

o Airport collection, car rental, taxi service and guided tours arranged on request.

Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment, our guests are kindly requested to smoke outdoors only.

How do damage deposits work?
