Villa Italia rappresenta la scelta ideale per chi ama la natura. A solo un km di distanza dall'area termale sita in località Ponte Mefita e dal fiume Sele la villa è situata a circa un km dall'uscita autostradale di Contursi Terme sulla Sa-Rc, (vicina ma non troppo) e si trova in posizione centrale rispetto alle tre aree protette del WWF (Oasi Naturalistica di Senerchia, 20 Km ; Oasi del Polveracchio , 22 Km ; Oasi di serre -Persano, 12 Km). La relativa vicinanza allo svincolo autostradale e alla fondovalle permette di raggiungere rapidamente le principali attrazioni della zona: gli scavi di Volcei 23 Km, Paestum 48 Km e villa Ayala 16 Km.
La proprietà (13000 mq) è interamente recintata ed è particolarmente adatta alle famiglie con bambini bisognosi di cure termali che possono così abbinare l'efficacia riconosciuta delle acque di Contursi e il divertimento assicurato dalle tante piscine termali aperte al pubblico al piacere del verde e della campagna.
La villa dispone di quattro appartamenti di cui due occupati dai proprietari a cui potersi rivolgere per consigli e suggerimenti. A disposizione degli ospiti : area relax ; area barbecue ; posto auto all'aperto.
L'appartamento è composto da cucina abitabile con camino, stanza da letto matrimoniale con eventuale aggiunta di un lettino, bagno, cameretta con letto a castello.
