I rented this property as representative of a large (12) group of men (aged 40 to 70) who ski. The property was disappointing. The lower level, including the kitchen, had been recently remodeled and virtually all the photos were of that area. The master bedroom was on this level with one full baths. It had one King bed, which is standard. Oddly, here was another full bathroom right off the kitchen. On the second level there were four bedrooms, two of which had bathrooms, and one additional bathroom sink and vanity in the bedroom. All had full beds. The second level also had an open area with a television. Two of the bedrooms on the second level had vaulted ceilings and a high wall in which was placed a window opening into a bedroom on the third level. Strange, but your friends on the third level could view your activities in the second floor BR. We all considered this fully over beers and could come up with no rational explanation. On the third level there were two bedrooms and an open area in which were placed four single beds. The bedrooms on this level each had two single beds, and as mentioned before, a window through which you could watch your friends in the second level BR. There were no bathrooms on the third level, which caused some inconvenience, although not too much because guys don't care about stuff like that. I can't imagine a woman putting up with it though. Bedding in general was flimsy, if comfortable enough. The cabinetry was cheap. The baths, on the whole were not well maintained. Virtually all the towel bars were loose and almost ready to fall. One shower curtain rod was very loose and almost falling. the property manager took care of it very quickly when told about it. Nothing was done about the towel rods however. I will assume they will be handled when the property is vacant. My group would not rent this property again. The property management company was efficient and pleasant to deal with. I hope this helps.
This property while certainly not perfect, it has received a lot of attention the past year. Yes the 3 of bathrooms still need upgrading and towel bars repaired. In addition to the completely renovated kitchen and main floor bathroom, the beds were replaced 6 months ago. We hope the group enjoyed the ski in/ski out location of the property.
(As for the windows in the two 3rd level (loft level) bedrooms, I suspose someone who is about 7 ft tall could probably look through the horizontal window.)
Thanks for the compliment regarding support from the management company.
“Great service from SkyRun, Condo good but needs updating”

SkyRun provided great service to us on our stay, would use them again for future vacations. The condo was very convenient to the slopes but is in need of updating. The building is in a great location at Copper in Center Village & is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Our group had lunch daily in the condo which was much more relaxing & less expensive than eating on the mountain. We knew the condo condition when we rented & overall, it was good for our group of 16. But it is need of a serious face-lift: Condo was generally clean, bathrooms are dated & showerheads had little water pressure, kitchen is very small esp. when preparing meals & feeding 16-18 people, there is no ski/board storage or lockers so you need to put all the skis/boards/poles etc on the balcony (for 16 people!), washer/dryer in building was nice, appliances in kitchen were updated but the cabinets, etc were not, the bedrooms are not completely private as the walls are not closed off at the ceilings & it can be noisy with 16 people, esp with kids & teens. The teens & tweens loved the media area on the 2nd level. This area was updated. No hot tub in this buildings. Had a great time but would consider other condos for future stays.

There were 16 of us in our ski club this year who wanted to make the trip to Copper Mountain the last weekend in February. We had previously rented smaller condos that slept 4 or 6. Cm416 could hold all 16 of us. Would we be tripping over each other? Would communal snoring keep everybody awake? To be honest, the first night was dicey: frustration at only being able to park one car (for the whole group) in the ground floor garage--all other vehicles had to be parked in storage lots quite a ways away. Trying to figure out where to put equipment and groceries. Discovering that only 2 of the 4 bathrooms were accessible to everybody, and that an open "atrium" meant less privacy. But by the second night,
it was mostly sorted out, and we began to appreciate the short two minute walk to the Eagle and Flyer lifts, and literal ski-in on the return to the condo. The small kitchen wasn't a problem because only different designated cooks prepared meals each day. And even old guys managed to wait their turn for a bathroom. We've all been friends for years, but because we'd previously stayed in smaller units, we never had a singalong with 16 voices before! In short, we enjoyed our communal experience in the condo more than we had expected, and the location was the most convenient ever. Communication with SkyRun was excellent. I'm betting the majority of our group will want to repeat the experience in February,2015

A lot of room for the buck. Definately needs to be updated. For the most part everything was in working order just very outdated as far as appearance, lighting in the restrooms was very poor but doable. Patio doors would not lock but was not an issue as this unit is on the 4th floor and it would be impossible for someone to get up to the balconies. There were 17 of us there for the Warrior Dash 2013 and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Would we stay there again, if we have that many people going again we probably would.

Great space for large family with lots of Grandkids. Very quiet and clean. Needs a little TLC from owners, otherwise, would give it the highest rating.
The staff at SkyRun were the absolute best in accomodating our every need.
