Enjoy the beautiful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Lakeside private pool allows you to relax and enjoy the natural setting of the Outer Banks. Take the easy, well cared for path around the tip of the lake and you will be just one block from the beach! Hardwood floors, private pool and star-filled nights on the deck overlooking the lake await your arrival. Kids can fish in the stocked lake, and Fido will love walking along the shores with a “birds” eye view of the local waterfowl. Do long, lazy days at the beach topped with a peaceful soak in the hot tub watching the herons and ducks sound perfect? All bedrooms have TVs and the rec room has a pool table to keep everyone happy in the evenings.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Response from the manager Thank you for your comments Gwyneth. The photos online for this property were taken on September 21, 2017 (last fall). They are an accurate representation of what the property looks like today. The exterior photos of the property, and many of the interior photos where you can see out of the windows, show that the neighboring properties are close by. Also the Google Maps found on our website show the proximity of the neighboring properties (TripAdvisor also shows this). You said the pool is small and the photos are deceiving, but you were provided the dimension of the pool in the description (12 x 24). We do our best to be honest about the condition and representation of the property.

Response from the manager Dear Mr. Ganther, We apologize that you feel this house was not cleaned prior to your arrival. We are not used to getting reports like this, and unfortunately we did not hear from you on the issues you outlined. The house was indeed cleaned with all new sheets and towels being put in place, bathrooms sanitized, kitchen cleaned, decks swept, house vacuumed, etc. It appears that a couple of items were missed by your comments and we would have been happy to have recitfied that the same day of your arrival had we known of your discontent. Next time call us right away! We are on duty until after 11 PM on check in days to ensure nothing waits till the next day to be rectified! We look forward to serivng you better again soon.
