My biggest concern with this house was the distance to the beach. We weren't sure we'd be happy, but there was a trail right across the street if we walked up the neighbors driveway that made the walk quite short.
The hot tub went unused due to it's poor location choice, but the rest of the house was great. We especially loved the renovated kitchen... with 3 families to feed we actually used the three ovens simultaneously one night!

We love the Outer Banks and have been coming for 19 years. Corolla Classic Vacations is our favorite realty company to work with. The weather was great and Corolla Light is a very nice area.
This house was very roomy and well equipped. It had new furnishings in most rooms and new carpet. It was spacious and clean. Corolla Classics always provde plenty of bath towels, paper towels and toliet paper, so I don't have to bring it with me to have upon arrival. They even give us some coffee beans and a beach bag.
The house had plenty of deck furniture also. I really missed my gas grill and will have to have that next year in the house we rent.
One problem we had was that the shower heads were not working properly in 2 bathrooms and the outdoor shower.
Bikes were there, but in very poor condition and 1 being down right dangerous. (They were not advertised however.)
I think we were the first rentors of the season because it really needed to be swept on the decks and carport. All we had was a small kitchen broom and it took forever to sweep those areas which were covered with pine needles. It just seemed to need some TLC.
I wished that the bunk room was a bit larger because we had 4 teenage girls who had so much stuff it was a bit crowded. It would have been better for us to have the bunks in the basement in the larger room and with the larger bathroom.
