This large and spacious holiday home offers plenty of space to relax in your own quarters or share with family or friends. The whole lower level of the house and balcony via outside stairs is available.
The stunning luxe outdoor retreat style garden is the perfect place to unwind, even in the colder months with the outdoor fire pit.
Featuring a large outdoor room, day beds, and a BBQ area.
The local sandy bay beach is 800 meters away. Safe for children.
Philip Island/Penguins/Koalas/Moto GP Circuit/Surf Beaches and much more all near by.
Main living area (ceiling fan, RC AC, 55" LCD TV) split system air/heat unit.
Free WiFi Netflix with own password
Bedroom 1. Queen bed, robes, cloths hangers, portable fan.
Bedroom 2. with two-bunks, Sleeps 4, with 1 single bed.
1 foldout couch queen sleeps 2.
Porter cot and High chair available, no charge (please let me know if you would like these items)
Main bathroom (separate bath and shower)
Kitchen (fully equipped, dishwasher, electric stove, (no gas to the house) microwave, electric hand mixer, blender, sandwich maker, electrical frying pan, rice cooker, wok )

Outside coastal garden, entertaining area, large outdoor table and seating, garden is fully fenced/secure gate, outdoor room (two lounges, storage box/table, outdoor cushions inside box. Gas BBQ, fire-pit, two daybeds, 2 hammocks, outdoor hot/cold shower, and two-car/boat garage/carport).
Peak times for 7/8 people November to end of February is from $350 a night including Xmas New Year 4 night minimum
Base rate most other times a year is $330 to $345 night for up to 7/8 people
2 people/couples/same gender couples discount applies 15% inqiure first so l can reset prices for you.

ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS can be arrange, with an extra cleaning FEE of $150 will be added to the price to make 1 night bookings viable.

Follow check list when leaving the house it's found at the house and emailed to you. Only the number of guest booked and agreed upon can stay if addition guest want to be added on to stay payments for each guest needs to be paid before there arrival as the whole bond will be kept if this agreement is not adhered to.
