Fully equipped,it has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holidays,including a chill out with cozy lightening and a barbeque area ,ideal for outdoors dinner.
Two private patios in a very well kept complex,right next to a large beautiful swimming pool which gets different color lit at night time
Is a exclusive and peaceful complex, just a stroll away from the best Fuerteventura dunes beaches and and conveniently located from great shops restaurants and all the local amenities.
There is nothing like it on the letting market.

“Perfect place for a relaxing holiday”
Villa Chiara is located in the small and quiet development of Las Fuentes a ten minute walk from local shops, bars and restaurants. It's roughly a thirty minute walk to the main town centre of Corralejo, but it's a cheap taxi ride, (€3.80). The large quiet shared pool is just out of the back door. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a great holiday. The beds are very comfortable and the inside of the house is a real home from home. The patios back and front are beautiful with sitting area, sun beds and barbecue. Our neighbours, Alison and Ron were very helpful in advising us on places to go. Ron even gave us a lift to the start of a walk that we wanted to do for which we were very grateful. They helped make our stay all the more relaxing. We would love to return to Villa Chiara and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends. Maria has created a lovely holiday home on the beautiful island of Fuertaventura.

Response from the owner Dear Guest, I would be sorry to hear that you were very bored at your holidays if you did not take it out with such a homely place that only has good reviews, in fact an average of five. Been looked inside smoking, when you have so much nature around says it all. We had to send everything to the dry cleaners because the stench of nicotine was unbearable. New lining with burns, cigarette butts left in dishes, floor and empties. Three days with windows open to air such a homely place. You did not even open the sutthers. We were worried for you, but my place could have got burned... I dont want to be hard on you. Whoever reads this, please make your own judgment. You should take care of yourself with well prepare people. Is never to late. But please don't splash me with your issues.

“Excellent accommodation in a great town.”
We were very impressed with Villa Chiara (there were two of us). The apartment was clean and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen area. The layout is good, with a brilliant patio area next to the pool, and a second outdoor area on the other side, so you can get sun at all times of the day, or there is plenty of shade. The Fuentes estate that the Villa is in is nice and quiet, and well laid out. Ron and Alison were very helpful, but never too fussy - reassuring to have them there. We really enjoyed the pool - big, clean, warm and generally quiet. Though there could perhaps be a few more loungers around the pool, and some of the tiling needs to be replaced - our only criticism of the facilities. This was our first time in Corralejo, and we were very impressed - a vibrant town, with lots of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly - no sightings of hen parties or large groups. And the beaches are exceptional. We certainly intend to return to Corralejo, and would be more than happy to stay at Villa Chiara again.
