La Fiorita-Farmhouse comprises two separate buildings: the manor house and an outbuilding. The apartment is on the Margherita annexe and is furnished with a private garden with gazebo for four holiday makers ... The apartment is tastefully furnished with a kitchen provided with dishwasher oven and cooker hood, air conditioning in all rooms, integrated in the construction to be not invasive in the environments and regulated by a home automation system. Margherita Apartment there is an LED TV with satellite; in the rooms as well as in the outer area of the estate is available free Wi-Fi internet connection. The apartment has a BARBECUE area. The furniture is all made up of fine pieces, rustic and ancient workmanship, tile floors are also antique chandeliers, and dishes are ceramics from Deruta; the kitchen sinks are made of stone. All rooms are soundproof. The apartment Margherita have 1 large double bed in the bedroom. The addition in the apartment of a comfortable double sofa bed let increase the receptivity of 2 persons more. There is a bathroom with shower. Around the housing structures lies a wonderful garden full of ornamental plants and biological fruit trees (8700 65 plants of different species). Placed in front of the residential area there is a SALTWATER POOL, suitable for both children and adults, and surrounded by a walkway equipped for this purpose. In this property there are 2 free parking areas with video surveillance. Upon request The Fiorita, can arrange all services: transfer from and to the airport, private chef for Tuscan outdoors dinners, cooking lessons, wine tasting and olive oil, cultural visits, wine and food paths, and any other services dedicated to personalize your holiday.
