More information by the provider: The apartment “Casa Martina” was named after the owners’ younger daughter. The rear façade of the apartment looks out over the hill of Cortona whilst other sides offer views of the Valdichiana country-side. The apartment spreads over one single level and extends over an overall surface of 90 square metres consisting of three bedrooms (two double bedrooms), two bathrooms, a reading room and a large living room with kitchen and open fire-place. The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, colour TV, electric oven, clothes rack, air conditioning and independent intrusion prevention system. The apartment features carefully renovated wood rafter ceilings and a large arch that used to separate the two different portions of the stables.
