House with separate entrance, 2 to 5 beds, with garden, veranda and parking, located in a building complex in loc. Costa Paradiso. Costa Paradiso .... in name and in fact, a beautiful and charming area that offers incomparable natural scenery ..... perfect tourist destination for those seeking a holiday made of sun, sea and peace ... closely with the unspoiled nature. A few minutes are possible to admire the most picturesque scenery of the Sardinian northern coast has to offer: beautiful emerald green waters surrounded by towering cliffs of pink granite! Seeing is believing! The resort of Costa Paradiso is located in a strategic position, in fact too close to other places characterized by beautiful white beaches, reachable by car in just 15 minutes (Isola Rossa, Badesi, Santa Teresa). The villa is part of a residential complex called "Residence Sporting" because of the particular closeness to the Sporting Center, for this is privileged to benefit from the many services offered by this center, such as swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer, evening and daytime entertainment staff, bar, restaurant and entertainment for the little ones. These services are optional and not included and can be unexpended individually or can be paid a club card that allows you to take advantage of all the services offered. E 'can conveniently connect to the wifi network offered by the sports center located next to the residence ( "Sporting Center"). And 'possible and voluntary guarantee your half-board or breakfast only

Response from the owner Ahhh... Come sono contenta quando i miei ospiti sono soddisfatti della loro vacanza trascorsa!! Io punto molto sulla presenza dello Sporting Center proprio a fianco del Residence perché da una valida alternativa ai miei ospiti di animare le loro giornate estive. In effetti tale struttura avrebbe bisogno di una sostanziale ristrutturazione ed infatti c'é già il progetto approvato... Comunque per quanto riguarda la mia villetta cerco sempre di rendere più confortevole possibile il soggiorno ai miei ospiti, infatti posso anticipare che ho già in progetto per la prossima stagione la sistemazione del giardino privato sul retro, in modo da poter offrire ancora più accoglienza e comodità. “Per chi cerca una vacanza relax”
Abitazione carina e accogliente, molto comodo lo sporting center proprio fuori dalla porta di casa, il tutto all'interno di un grande villaggio turistico bello e tranquillo. Location strepitosa per chi ama il mare, la natura e le viste mozzafiato.
