On the island of Lanzarote, to few steps from Atlantic Ocean, it finds in the residential area of Las Caletas,

"The house of Origin", an independent chalet with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 sitting rooms, 2 Tv, Wifi, Big Kitchen with everything like whasing mashine, dishwasher, coffe mashine... and large terrace with private swimming pool and solarium.

At five minutes from the beach and close to, Golf court, Aquapark, Restaurants and many more.

A house constituted only and exclusively to offer an unique design for the relax and the enjoy.

Getting around

The clients can take a taxi from the airport. It is costs about 18€ per taxi. The rates of the taxi, at night and on weekend are more expensive. It can cost during this hours about 22€. The clients can arrive to the villa on bus from the airport. They have to take at the airport the Line 22 to Arrecife and at the stop "Intercambiador", they have to take another bus, the Line 03 to Costa Teguise and stop "Hotel Oasis". They have to walk 5 minutes towards Arrecife and they are finding the residential. The buses costs in total 2,55€/per person. The clients can rent a transport by internet: sun transfer, zip transfer and more.

Interaction with guest

We normally wait for the clients in the villa to giving them the keys and we show them, how the house works. We inform them where is the beach, supermarket or restaurants near to the house. We always are available to the clients to answer their questions, doubts or information. And if they need something, we always will be available if they need something like towels or more blankets clean.

“The House of Origin”

The House was perfect there wasn't anything missing and there were more stuff than we needed. We have tried to put a negative but there isnt one. We felt very safe and the grandchildren loved having the pool. Plenty of amenities a short walk. The owner was just a call away. We would recommend the villa and would love to go again.

How do damage deposits work?

If Fernando (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
