Description
The house has a beautiful stone staircase, an entrance hall, living room with alcove bedroom with wood paneling, a living / dining room, a nice and well equipped kitchen, and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There are also two bathrooms with three toilets in all. The house is a priori rented house because often people prefer to bring their machine, but the rent sheets and towels is possible at a price of 20 euros per room, and in this case the beds are made upon arrival. Contact me about this. The house and the kitchen are equipped commodities for now enjoy the place, especially in case of late arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee filter and Nespresso coffee, ovens, household accessories .. There is a choice no TV in the house, but wifi internet, a 30-inch quality screen with a DVD player, stereo with cables which connect your iphone or game console on the screen, and a selection of DVDs, CDs and comics made available, and a small library of art books. There in front of the house a garden courtyard terrace where you can have lunch or dinner amidst the splendid buildings which together form the remains of the oldest abbey in Burgundy, founded in the fifth century. The abbey is located in the middle of a pretty village and is accessed by a majestic portal and the area is full of places to see and visit, within 30 minutes drive, such as the Abbey of Fontenay, Avallon, Montbard and Buffon museum, MuséoParc Alesia on the themes of Julius Caesar and Vercingetorix, castles Epoisses and Bussy Rabutin, etc. There 20km Lake Bridge, with a supervised swimming in season and rental canoes etc. The house is equipped for leisure: tennis, football, badminton, petanque balls, backgammon table in the living room, comics, games ..
