Description
This is a most beautiful property in Cotignac with a stunning view close to the charming village of Cotignac. Every morning you can walk down to the bakery and buy your own baguettes and croissants for breakfast. Here you can also sit under the big mulberry trees looking at the famous views of "La Rocher". Hundred years ago this house was a "Silkfactory" a "La Magnanerie" which the mulberry trees indicate - now is the house properly restored. And there is also a big swimming pool and a great lawn to play on for the children. The pool will only be shared by my family - not other guests. You are most WELCOME.
