Description
Set in the centre of Cranbrook, this deceptively large three storey house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large lounge, open plan kitchen, spacious dining room with breakfast bar and 2 inglenook fireplaces.
This charming Tudor property was built in the 16th Century since which time it has been use as an alehouse, lodging house and for 90 years it was home to the town's Cobbler and his family. The house is warm, open, light and full of character.
At the rear of the property there is a fenced patio garden with two garden tables, chairs and a barbecue. There is also parking for one car.
The property was newly refurbished for 2015 and has a fully fitted with a dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is internet access with wifi, a TV and DVD player.
There are wood burning stoves in the lounge and master bedroom to give that cosy feel, as well as gas central heating throughout and under floor heating downstairs.

The bedrooms sleep 9 but can easily accommodate extra. The second floor large twin can be used as a family room.

“Simply stunning”
A great little find so reluctant to share but what a wonderful mini break we had. The house was incredible, beautiful decor, very comfortable and superbly equipped.

“Wonderful House”
We have just returned from a celebratory long weekend away. The house exceed expectations and the photos don’t do it justice! It was lovely staying in a house full of history and Cranbrook itself had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for a big group, bedding was fantastic quality and made for a very comfy nights sleep! I will be recommending to family and friends.
