“Breathtaking views and great space”

The location of this property is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Croyde up a small lane on the hillside rather than beachside. The view from the chalet is amazing with sea views. The location is very quiet other than a few sheep. We bought our two dogs and the owners were very accommodating. The garden isn’t completely enclosed but there is plenty of parking and open space around the chalet for you to use as well as a good size table with chairs and loungers. Inside the cabin are two double size bedrooms, a kitchen with lots of utilities and a fair sized shower room. The tv on the wall to save space has free-view, Netflix and other subscriptions. The property is located about 10 minutes from Croyde beach. We had a great week and due to the outside space could invite family and friends to visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
