Refurbished and redesigned this attractive beach chalet that sleeps 6 is situated in the peaceful location of Leadengate, a highly desired West Croyde location. You'll have your pick of fascinating days out exploring. Wander the section of The South West Coast Path and beach and take in the views. Thanks to the open plan design of the living, kitchen diner, Swallows has a spacious feel, perfect for relaxing as a family. On a warm day, step out onto the patio and while away sunny days with a glass of something chilled. Bliss!

PROPERTY

Open plan Kitchen dining area is well equipped with an electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, 4-slice toaster, fridge freezer and slim line dishwasher as well as a good selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Full size white modern dining table seats six.

Lounge area is the ideal place to unwind on the large leather corner sofa with wonderful views of 'Baggy Point' in the distance through the patio doors that lead to the garden. For your entertainment a wall mounted 32'' LCD Freeview TV with full Netflix access, DVD player, Digital radio, Ipod docking station and selection of board games.

Utility cupboard with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and other essentials.

• Master Bedroom - Double bed, bedside cabinets and a triple wardrobe.

• Bedroom Two - Twin beds, bedside table, mirror, chest of drawers and hanging space.

• Bedroom Three - Twin beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and hanging space.

The family bathroom has a white bathroom suite with an electric shower cubicle, W.C, washbasin and storage.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Fully enclosed garden with established hedge gives privacy whilst being a sun-trap for those who enjoy lazing in the sun. Partly laid to lawn and offers a large patio area with dining table and chairs for the evenings BBQ.

There is a communal "village green" in the centre of the cul-de-sac, an ideal place for children to play and a small foot path leads to the beach 500 Metres away.
