Villa Üç is a 3-bedroom private villa in peaceful Dalyan, Turkey. It is one of 3 villas sharing a pool in a beautiful garden. This lovely welcoming villa accommodates 6 people comfortably. Just 20 minutes' drive from Dalaman airport, it is conveniently located 10 minutes' walk from Dalyan's lovely harbour, where you can take a boat to the breathtaking beach or the lake. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and 2 further showers. It is well-equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, cooker, microwave, hairdryer and wi-fi. An English-speaking representative visits daily.

“Fabulous”
Myself and 3 friends had a fantastic week at villa Manzera! It's well equipped if you wish to cook (we didnt, we just enjoyed many of the restaurants in town) There's 3 comfortable bedrooms the loft room is split into 2 so we all had our own space with bathrooms on each floor. The outside area is perfect with a lovely seating area on the terrace and sunbeds by the gorgeous pool. The town is only a 10 minute walk away (when you know the way) we sometimes got a taxi back from which was only a couple of pounds. There's plenty to see and do in Dalyan we crammed lots in, but could have easily filled another week with the things we wanted to do, but sadly ran out of time. The owner Melanie was brilliant from the moment I booked, answering all my questions and offering lots of suggestions on things to do. She also has a lovely local lady on hand who offered any help we needed during our stay. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this villa if you want a quiet relaxing place to stay within easy reach of town.

“lovely Villa for a family stay”
Wonderful stay from start to finish. Melanie was very helpful and thorough and put my mind at ease months before we travelled. She was knowledgable about the area and answered all my questions promptly. As for the villa it was clean and accomodated our family of five with plenty of room to spare. The children (6,4 & 1) thoroughly enjoyed the kids pool, hammock and little kittens :) The location is ideal, we walked into town each day with the kids. We found a few farms with many chickens and ended up feeding cows aswell as spotting a turtle. Everything you need can be found in town including a super market. Boats and bus's to the beach can also be boarded from there. We ate out for lunch and dinner almost every day of our 8 day stay. Costing us on average £25 per meal including non alcoholic drinks. The best of all is the gem that is Dondu. She looked after us very well, nothing was too much for her, meeting us at 2am to greet and let us check in. She organising transfer to and from the airport, our excursions and taxi's. We packed as much us we could in and thoroughly enjoyed our overdue holiday. Thank you both x

“Great place, nice and quite!”
The villa is a great place to stay with almost a private pool. There are 3 villa's with 1 big pool. The villa is near all facilities, market for the daily fresh bread and 5min wiith car from town. The villa has all you nead. upstairs all rooms with airco. There is al lot to see, like Iztuzu beach.. nice sand beach. Turtle hospital (Must see). Great location!

“A home from home in beautiful Dalyan”
This is an exceptionally well appointed villa located on the edge of town, handy for shopping in the supermarket as well as an excellent butchers shop. It is so nice to stay somewhere where everything you need is to hand and there are people around to help if you need it. Great pool, good kitchen, lots of bathrooms, comfy beds, unobtrusive cleaning - what else do you need! The walk down to the river and the town is just what you need as well to balance your intake of Raki and Efes and the fabulous food in the local restaurants. With such an excellent food market on Saturdays in the town we also made good use of the barbecue.
