Description

This luxury villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms and is in a quiet semi-rural location, yet only a 5-minute walk from Dalyan's amenities. Tulip Exclusive villa has all the comforts and amenities of a modern living space.

. Each living area is furnished to a high standard with TV/DVD/CD player. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher on each floor.

. Air-con provides cooling in summer and heating in winter.

. Fireplaces in both living areas provide your comfort for cooler winter evenings.

. Guest cloakroom.

. Usage area with laundry equipment, including two washing machines.

Ground floor accommodation:

First floor accommodation:

. The marble staircase leads to the first floor with separate doors leading to the 3 en-suite bedrooms.

. Suite with 1 king bed, consisting of a living area and a kitchen. Patio doors provide access to large balconies at the front and rear. This bedroom can also be converted into a traditional living room with a dining area.

The landscaped walled garden has a large swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbecue with sink. The pool has both a shallow and a deep end. Adjacent to the shallow end is a semicircular area suitable for toddlers / sitting. There is a traditional Turkish pavilion with padded floor seating and a center table for daytime relaxation. As evening approaches, retreat to one of the large balconies on the first floor. While illuminated Lycian rock tombs appear on Dalyan's rooftops, watch the sun cast its last rays on Vardiya Mountain.

For the more energetic, there is an outdoor fitness area with gym equipment, a table tennis table and a sports court within a few minutes' walk.

This is a non-smoking villa.
