"Best Vacation to Date!"
Left on 07/27/2015 for a stay in July 2015
The pictures accurately depict the condition and amenities of the house. The view from the rear deck is amazing (dolphin watching on a daily basis). The house is large enough to accomodate a family of 7 easily. It is in a perfect location on the beach with only one house neighboring closely to the east and a nice distance from the water. Although water clarity isn't ideal, it doesn't detract from the overall experience and enjoyment of Dauphin Island vacation in this house.
Only issues experienced was lack of adequate supply of toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. Since this is the first house we have rented, not sure if that was our responsibility. In any case, be sure the bring some.
We absolutely loved our vacation and plan on making this beach house our annual vacation destination.
"Fantastic location for our family vacation!"

We lucked up on securing Sunchase for our family vacation, which included my family of 2 kids (10&13) as well as my mom and sister. The location of the house was great as we had an amazing view from the back porch with a short walk right to our own beach and 5-10 minute walk across the street to the other side of the island for a public beach. Incredible sunset views every night! We had plenty of space that the kids had their own TV's to unwind after a busy day, plenty of showers for all. Loved how big the kitchen was and so open! Our favorite spot was the patio as we spent every morning there enjoying coffee and each evening watching the sunset and the stars. If you need room and space, this house is just perfect! We had our own boat and were able to dock it at the neighbor's boat dock that was provided for their house with no problems allowing us to have to only tow the boat in and out once all week long with quick access daily behind the house. If you are coming with friends and family, this house is perfect for 10+ people comfortably! This was my second year at Dalphin Island and this has been my favorite location. When we come back, we will be looking here again if we have the need for the space. Beautiful home with a beautiful view! It is a dog friendly home. The patio has a gate which locks so able to keep the dog outside but locked up with ease.

"Family friendly and relaxing"

Our family has stayed at the Sun Chase twice now. Once in the summer and once in the spring. Both times were wonderful. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large family. The screened porches are great for enjoying the evening without getting bit by the mosquitos. We love the private beach out back and that there is just a short walk across the street to the gulf. The views are great from both sides of the house. It is in a great location. We will return :)
