We rented this pool home from Stoneman Vacation Villas. We have rented many florida vacation homes in the past. Upon arrival this house we found that this house was not that clean. A quick sweep may have been done at the most. A contact lens was found stuck to one of the night stands, hair on the shower walls. The pool pump was not working on arrival therefor we couldn't use the pool until it was fixed on day 3. When we rent a pool home we always look for a south facing pool so we can enjoy the sun at it's fullest. This pool was indeed south facing as described, however there is a large tree that takes up a lot of the sun. You get about 4hrs of full sun. 12pm - 4pm. We had 2 babies with us on this trip. They were very helpful in having us high chairs, cribs, and strollers at our request. Overall I'm giving an average review based on the cleanliness of the home.
"Fantastic Villa in a Perfect Location"
Left on 06/05/2015 for a stay in May 2015
My wife and my 2 young daughters stayed at 641 Tuscan Hills Boulevard at the end of May and beginning of June 2015. The villa is extremely luxurious and spacious, with modern equipment throughout. The kitchen is superb and ideally equipped for catering for the needs of children. The bedrooms are large, extremely well furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well appointed - the master bathroom is huge and extremely luxurious!! Cable TV and a large flat screen tv allowed us to watch the final day of the premier league! The free wi fi allowed us to keep in contact with friends and family. The kids loved the games room and played air hockey every night. The pool and Jacuzzi is fantastic and ideal for cooling off and having lazy days. The location is perfect. We spent most daytimes at Blizzard beach or Typhoon Lagoon and then went to the parks in the evening. On a clear run we could leave the villa and be at Blizzard Beach in 15 minutes. So this meant we could return to the villa of an afternoon, have a shower, something to eat and then return to the park for the evening. Nearby amenities were ideal - a local Publix supermarket and an Applebees restaurant are literally just over the road!! and there is a larger retail park (with a Wal Mart, Lowes and fast food restaurants) 5 minutes down the road. It took 35 -40 minutes to drive to and from the Orlando International Airport and 35 minutes to get to the Florida Mall. SeaWorld took 30 minutes to get to. All in all a truly wonderful villa!!
"Perfect base for Disney, Kennedy, universal & beaches. A home from home."

After travelling a long way the villa was a pure delight - none of us could believe it, it's beautifully decorated, clean and the pool area is lovely. Toys, games & dvd's awaited the children and the spa was divine after a park-filled day. It was the best place to come back to every night. Supermarkets are near by, Disney in fifteen minutes. We couldn't have asked for more and the little homely touches in the villa were just lovely. It just made our holiday. Linda is super efficient and helpful. I was happily recommend this villa for a Florida holiday. It's perfect for whatever you choose to do.
"Awesome home but..."

This vacation rental, was a beautiful home...no doubt, but could of been a little better. I'll begin with, obviously the house was sprayed for bugs, which is good, but as soon as we walked in there was a big dead cockroach on the floor. ( remember most Canadians aren't used to seeing cockroaches ). The upstairs carpets and stairs were full of small dead ants...ok, so not a big deal for average joes. We grab a vacuum ant try to clean them. The vacuum wouldn't suck. So I am very handy and tried to fix the vacuum with no tools there...so with no luck we called the vacation rental place and within a couple days we had a new vacuum, it filled the canister within minutes of using it, so it obviously wasn't cleaned very well. Almost every couch had something underneath it, or in the cushion...like toys money... And the master bedroom bottom white sheets were stained. So the housekeepers weren't through. Now the pool liner was disgusting, but it was so cold in February that we couldn't use it anyways. Also.. The beds were very firm. Everything you could of wanted to use like pans, utensils, coffee makers was included in the house. Very convent. Padio was screened in. Very nice. Bbq wasn't worth the 80 canadian we payed. We coulda bought a better one from Walmart cheaper. I however would recommend this house to travellers. It was about 20 mins to disney and 40 to universal. With very easy straight driving. Just needs better housekeeping for such a beautiful home.

I booked this villa through Orlando Vacatios. I have been vacationing in Orlando for over thirty years and have stayed at budget friendly motels and high end hotels. This was the first time I tried a villa. My primary reason for wanting to try the villa was for the private pool. I love to hang out in the pool, but often do not when staying at hotels because they are usually very crowded. Prior to booking the villa I read as many reviews as I could find. Many of the reviews expressed conflicting opinions and I wasn't really able to make a decision based on them, with that said, my experience was mostly positive.
The reservation process was more complicated than it is to book a hotel, but not so much so that it was an issue. I received all communications and emails as promised. I received the entry code prior to arrival and the instructions were very clear. I arrived at the villa at 5:00 pm and used the code to enter with no problems. The villa was located in a very nice neighborhood within a few minutes drive from all the attractions! The villa was clean and appeared exactly as was pictured on the website. I would almost go as far as to say it was perfect. There was a large flat screen tv in the living room. The tv in the master was small and should be replaced. Flat screens are so cheap today I was surprised to see an old tv like that. This is a rental. It is not a five star hotel. If you are expecting five star accommodations you will be disappointed. If you understand the you are staying in a rental property you should...
