All the towels in the linen closet were wet and had to be dried before we could use them. The dryer did not work well and required double drying cycles at 60 minutes each to dry a load. The washer and dryer are too small for a house this size with the number of guests it accommodates. The pots in the house are in very bad condition and should be replaced. The pool was very dirty with black grit covering the top most of the week until the pool cleaner came on thursday. The heater never heated the pool so it could be used even when the weather was warmer in the low 70's. No point in paying rent for a house with a heated pool when I could rent one and only pay for heat if it worked. I have rented houses previously through Premier Vacation Homes and had wonderful experiences. There are also bar stools in this house with screws coming through the top (ripped my 6 year old granddaughter's new shorts). I was just glad the screw did not end up cutting her. They need to be fixed or replaced. The mattress and box spring in the downstairs bedroom is in very bad shape and must be replaced. The bedspreads and blankets were rough and uncomfortable. Even my 9 year old grandson complained and would not sleep under the covers (luckily we brought a blanket and bought another one while there for his use).
The lamp in the jungle room could not be turned off without using the wall switch which is near the door, not near the beds. The shade on the light made it impossible to have any good light for reading in that room.

Very disappointed about the quality and condition of all mattresses.Living room, Family room and Dining room furniture were very old. This also the case regarding the Carpets as they were also very old and very dusty. We must say we had very good response from Rental office regarding Pool issues. Unfortunetaly the first four days we were unable to get the Pool heater working.
Thank you for renting the property and your review. The size of the home, location and game room in the garage and value for 12 people makes it very popular with families who return each year. We will of course share your feeling about the age of some of the homes furnishings with the property owner.

I was very satisfied with the property except for a couple of thing. We were not able to use the downstairs bedroom until the night before we were to leave. I might a complaint about the leaking ceiling on the day we arrive. A maintenance worker came out, but I had to call back the next day to see what the resolution was. The maintenance guy am ack and took the bending to wash. My 32 y.o. Daughter slept in the Disney room the entire trip. I also was disturbed there was no wifi since I needed it for work and that info was not made available until I saw the sign on the table. I still enjoyed my trip and would stay in a Florida spirit home again. I stayed in a less expensive home th last time and I liked it better because everything worked out smoothly. I didn't really get what I paid fr this tme around. But I wil see you next year!

There were a couple of small things we had an issue with. The ice maker in the fridge was not very good, we had to go out and buy ice. The TV remote in the first floor bedroom did not work properly, the last two rows of buttons did not work (couldn't watch any channel with a 3, 6, or 9 in it.) Otherwise everything was great. It was clean, fully furnished, and the hot tub was wonderful.
