The Living Area is positioned to the rear of the home with views to the pool area, which is an added bonus for those travelling with children as you can still keep watch over them from the lounge area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a Large Television, which is great for the party to gather around in the evening.

Family Room - with the inclusion of a further family area upstairs that includes a very large television screen with DVD player, this is a real bonus when you find a game clashes with a great movie, or just to keep the children happy in the evenings

The Kitchen is very stylish and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the comfortable breakfast bar that includes comfortable stools, which is also great for you to chat with your guests while preparing a meal

The Dining Area is stunning with an elegant flair that is so evident in the home, with the striking dining suite that will accommodate all your guests.

Games Room is a lovely addition to any home as it offers some light relief for the more competitive of the group. There is a Pool Table, Foosball and an Air Hockey machine plus a seating area for those who want to cheer on the competitors or watch the wall mounted TV

ALL OUR HOMES HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES

The Outside has a beautiful pool deck with some stunning views across the lake. The pool includes a spa and with the addition of sun loungers, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax with a book while the children play in the pool. There is a covered lanai with table and chairs where you can sample the delights of outdoor dining

The Bedrooms are both luxurious and comfortable and all offer a little haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day, or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guest for dinner. The bedroom line up consists of:

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) King Suite with Ensuite facilities of a bath and separate shower and twin basin unit. There is a King bed and a television in this sumptuous room

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) Twin Room which has bunk beds that include a full bed on the top and bottom and Jack and Jill facilities of a bath with shower, plus a single basin unit. There is also a television, perfect for siblings with friends or cousins sharing the fun

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) Twin Bedroom with 2 single beds and a Television, with Jack n Jill facilities of a bath with Shower and a single basin unit

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) Queen Bedroom with a bathroom situated next door. Is a beautiful stylish room and includes a television with a bathroom in the hall

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) Queen Bedroom with a Television, stylish décor and a bathroom in the hall for your use

Bedroom 6 – King Suite with Ensuite facilities of a shower and a double basin unit. The room also includes a Television and the luxurious interior continues, as is the theme of this home

Just stayed here for 2 weeks... it is surrounded by construction work so avoid if you want a peaceful vacation.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review although I do feel it is unfair considering the options offered. Building work is ongoing on some areas of this development which to be fair is in the property description on the listing. Some building work is normally found on new developments unless you are staying at one of the last homes to be built and very often the work is intermittent. We do accept the building work in this area of Solterra during your stay was at a higher level than guest would expect and because of this we offered to move you to a home of the same standard on the same resort but you decided to turn this home down and opted for the 10% refund instead. The home we offered had no construction in its vicinity and was the same size as the property booked. The motel rather than 5* hotel quote is also very unfair, especially in a home that had a $41k furniture package installed less than 2 years ago. As stated this is an unfair review considering you had the opportunity to move and you chose to stay! I have forwarded your feedback onto our property manager in resort who will deal with the other issues you raised, I only wish you had mentioned them during your stay as we could have put these right for you.

“Orlando stay”

We spent two weeks here as a party of 6 that including two children, 6 & 14. The villa was beautiful, very modern and spacious, with use of the pool and games room for the children. We also enjoyed the club house with lazy river and slides. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
