Come and relax with your family and friends at this beautifully decorated 3500 square foot large vacation home about 7 miles to Disney main gate and near all other attractions. It features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. With a huge living area and a fully equipped kitchen, only a mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous SOUTH-FACING pool with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular district of Windwood Bay, an area of secluded luxury privately owned villas. Windwood Bay is the perfect spot. It is right next to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wild World of Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by forests or a 10 minutes drive will take you to the busy 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course 1.5 miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

We use a highly recommended locally based management company with friendly 24-hour support to our guests. Whether you are a seasoned Florida visitor or contemplating visiting "the magic" for the first time, we believe that we can satisfy all of your vacation needs.

Notes:

Using pool without heating is free. Pool heating is optional $30 a night for the entire stay. Grill rental is optional $63/week. The price quoted online doesn't include this fees. We will send you a payment request after booking if you like to add any of them. Please let us know at least a few days before arrival.

Response from the owner This came to us as a surprise. You didn't report anything upon arrival. This house is only 15 years old and it has been upgraded with new tiled floors downstairs, new berber carpets upstairs, new AC, new appliances, new sofas and new paint. You didn't order to use the hot tub. We always inspect the house before each arrival to ensure things are in order. The stairs handle wasn't broken before your huge group arrived. We fixed it after you checked out. Someone in your group left the shower curtain outside the tub when taking a shower and caused the leaking. We had to fix the ceiling after your 2 days weekend stay with a huge party.
