Nice place.Close to parks but far enough away not to be stuck in traffic.Good place for families with kids, lots to keep them busy. Hidden costs and resort fees but not too bad for the amenities offered. We booked through a rental agency , hassle to get security deposit back. We didn't see bugs but carpet could use good cleaning. Not a Disney class resort but didn't pay Disney price either.

This was more than I expected it was very clean and very spacious, the only down fall is there are only 2 tv's it would have been nice to have a tv in each bedroom however this is not a deal breaker for me. Other than that it was very accommodating, the pool area is breath taking. I will definitely stay here again. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best I will give it a 10. The drive to the parks are not bad at all 10-15 minutes drive depending on traffic. A beautiful resort.

At first glance the house looked clean, but we quickly realized that it wasn't. We found roaches everywhere ie. in the hairdryer, behind the trash can and in the bed under the sheets. The sheets and comforters had stains, I'd recommend bringing your own sheets and towels.
There was also an additional $100 deposit you have to pay the resort at check-in that is not mentioned anywhere.

The man behind the counter was very helpful because there was a misunderstanding in our reservations on the part of the booking company. The townhouse was very nice, comfortable & roomy; however, we had asked to be near the pool and they gave us one farthest from the pool. The pool area was very pretty, great slide, great lazy river except we all wished the lazy river was longer. It's a pretty short river. The one thing we didn't like is the fact that they didn't really have any activities, only some arts & crafts which you had to pay for. I had my 3 grandkids along so we would have liked some Bingo, pool games, etc. and there wasn't anything.
