Description
Superbly located first floor apartment, set in private grounds only 100 metres from the family friendly beach with life guard and amenities. Great for young and old as coastal paths only 5 minutes walk away and Dawlish golf course close by. The famous black swans are great to see in the adjacent town of Dawlish. Private parking space and electricity is included in the rental price
Apartment has been newly refurbished and consists of double bedroom, single bedroom with full size bunkbeds, modernised bathroom with large shower, modern kitchen diner with door leading to south facing balcony.
The Dawlish Warren railway station, which has links to Cornwall, Torbay, Newton Abbott and Exeter is a 5 minute walk away. As are the local bus services, which run frequently to all major tourist attractions.
All amenities are close by including pubs, restuarants, supermarket and not forgetting the award winning nature reserve.

“lovely flat”
Very clean on arrival. Perfect quiet location with lots of walks and close to the train station. We had a lovely week and look forward to returning.
