There was plenty of room in the house. However, the fireplaces had been Crippled so there was no gas starter in the living room and downstairs "Rec room". The single upstairs thermostat did not work at all well and the living area was always either too hot or too cold.
Downstairs bedrooms and Rec room had no heat at all and required the maintenance people to install three electric heaters to make the space tolerable. Overall, the house would probably be fine in the summer but would not be recommended as a ski house.
The wireless system just did not work reliably if at all. This feature needs to be fixed or taken off the feature list.
The Kitchen was excellent and equipment worked as advertised. The beds were good and the bedding quite adequate.
The maintenance people were excellent.
All in all the place could be rated good for warm weather but not for a cold weather stay. Winter sports enthusiasts beware.

We live in Park City and had friends visit from out of town so we rented a home through Alpine. You all did a great job - from reservation through departure. I would suggest updating the pictures of the house (entry way; size of main master bedroom; downstairs play area/pool table). It was beautiful home. Thanks for everything.
