Description

2 double bedroom apartment in La Felicidad residential complex. The balcony on this first floor apartment overlooks the pool and well kept communal gardens.

The sandy beach is only a 3 minutes walk away. If it's busy locally around the restaurants, bars and mini market, this blue flag beach stretches for over 10 km, so tranquility can be found.

The apartment is in Las Marinas on the outskirts of Denia.

The town centre is a 5 minute drive away, along the coast road, for shopping, bars and restaurants. A bus service to Denia also runs regularly on this road.

The complex itself is perfect for children, with their own pool, mini golf and play areas.

In addition to the apartments two bedroom is a living area and adjoining kitchenette.

The apartment has a homely, comfortable living area with an adjoining well maintained kitchenette. This is fully kitted out with oven,hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and frige/freezer. Parking space. Travelcot available.

Apartamento en una urbanizacion privada muy bonita. Tiene piscina, jardines y esta todo muy cuidado Muy cerca de la playa. Han sido unas vacaciones en familia muy tranquilas.Todo dentro de lo normal.

Apartamento muy bonito,tiene de todo, en una zona muy tranquila, al lado de la playa, piscina expectacular, tiene un minigolf. Hay restaurantes y supermercados muy cerquita.

How do damage deposits work?

If Lydia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
