A dream location for holidays or parties in amazing countryside, La Cascina Langa is a large beautiful farmhouse surrounded by the green Piedmontese hills, with 5 hectares of woods and fields. Amazing views on the green, peace and silence all around: La Cascina - only few km away from villages with shops - is isolated in the hills, so life is free. The house is very spacious (700 m²): 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Not luxurious but very charming: ancient stone walls, large fireplaces, tables for tens of people, tableware in large quantities and all kinds of household appliances... Barbecues, field grass soccer (15 x 9 m), terrace solarium to stay in the sun in the colder months, table tennis and table football, gardens and green everywhere, slides and swings and even a small house with an ancient wood oven for baking bread and pizza. The swimming pool (12 x 6 m) is surrounded by green and lighted the night, around an area of 200sqm solarium with 2 gazebos and plenty of sun loungers and a shower. Almost 500 metres above sea level, the Cascina Langa is sunny in the fall and winter and cool in summer.

The property has many outdoor spaces: garden areas, terrace-solarium, porch, pergola, swimming pool with many chaiseslongue, football field, "casetta della pizza", parking, old barn with an optional Bar, optional gazebos for sunny as well as raining days. Large forests also belong to the estate, where you can find, 20 hammocks, 1 trunk's amphiteatre, 2 yoga&meditation areas rounded by trees, 2 BBQ. Air conditioning in most of bedrooms Furniture: partly the original charming furniture of the house, now renewed, and partly brand new. The house is isolated: that makes it very peacefull and plonged in the nature, ideal also for big events and party. You can play, dance, listen to music etc in complete freedom because there are no other hauses nearby.

A very large kitchen: big fireplace and every comfort for cooking and eating for up to 45 people. Big refrigerators, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, and, of course, dishes, glasses, pots etc. up to 45 people (rentable also for up to 150 people) and many tools. And when you don't want to cook at home, you can taste the delicious restaurants, agriturismi and typical trattorie in the neighbours.

Enjoy garden and swimming pool, barbecues...swinging in hammocks or to relax in the sun loungers in the nature; but also discover the paths in the forest on foot with mountain biking, doing yoga in the living room, learning to make bread and pizza or take local Piedmontese cuisine lessons with local cooks, go buy fruits and vegetables in the neighbouring farmers... Located in the area of excellence of wines of Northern of the Italy, La Cascina Langa is a perfect point of departure to discover the cellars and vineyards, farms, dairies and truffles. The region is amazing: landscapes of rounded hills, streets and ancient villages in stone, each with its masterpieces to discover... medieval towers, narrow streets, ancient walls, small country churches... Wine tasting can be organized at home or in many near cellars; at 40 minutes distance, you can reach Barolo district. In Acqui Terme (20 minutes by car), a delightful small town full of wine bars and excellent restaurants, there are a golf club a An hour and a quarter by car there are real gems of the Ponente Liguria: Noli, the beautiful beach of Varigotti, Finale with splendid Finalborgo. And for those who love shopping, an hour's drive there is the Serravalle Outlet where you can make the best of Italian fashion shpping at discount prices.
